Our full planning service is designed for clients who want a seamless and elevated planning journey from start to finish. From the earliest ideas through to the final moments of your celebration, Blue Marble will be by your side guiding every element with care, creativity, and expertise.
We take care of sourcing and managing your suppliers, developing the design and logistics of your event, and overseeing every stage of the planning process so you can focus on enjoying the experience as your celebration comes to life. Throughout the process, we thoughtfully consider the choices we make, prioritising suppliers and solutions that support a more sustainable and responsible event wherever possible.
This service includes comprehensive on-the-day coordination, including full build and set-up management, ensuring your celebration unfolds beautifully and effortlessly.
Best suited for celebrations with budgets of £40,000 plus.

Perfect for clients who have already begun planning their celebration but would like expert support to bring everything together seamlessly. This collaborative service is ideal if you have secured your key suppliers and would now like professional guidance to refine the details and ensure everything is aligned for the day.
Blue Marble will step in to review your plans, support with timelines, logistics, and styling, and ensure every element works together beautifully and thoughtfully. As with all Blue Marble events, we encourage considered planning choices and work with suppliers who share our commitment to more sustainable and responsible celebrations.
In the lead up to your event, we will liaise with your existing suppliers, coordinate the final stages of planning, and prepare everything for a smooth and stress-free day.
This service also includes full on-the-day coordination, allowing clients to relax and fully enjoy their celebration while we manage the schedule, oversee set-up, and ensure every detail is executed as intended.
Best suited for celebrations with budgets of £10,000–£30,000.
